Locally owned and operated, Yes We Do Coffee & Vending Services is a well-established and respected coffee and vending service provider. Our staff has amassed considerable experience in the coffee, sales and delivery business over the years.

Yes We Do Coffee provides a complete set of coffee services and vending products at competitive rates to the Greater Sudbury region and a wide variety of customers in Northern Ontario. We supply all your office and restaurant needs, servicing: City of Greater Sudbury, Mattawa, New Liskeard, Lively, North Bay and everything in between.

Meet the team

Lucien Lapalme

President

A Sudbury native, Lucien has been with Yes We Do Coffee & Vending Services for over 30 years. He possesses a thorough knowledge of the coffee business having originally working as a vending representative in the early 90s with the company. He took over Yes We Do Coffee in 2006 and has since developed a loyal customer base in Northern Ontario.

The best part of his job is meeting people and making lasting friendships. Lucien also enjoys his mentoring role with the next generation of employees. Though Yes We Do Coffee is not a family-owned business, it is run by a tight-knit group with each member challenging each other to grow as part of a team.

Volunteering in the Sudbury community is also important to Lucien having worked with a variety of organizations over the years like Minor League Hockey, The Great Coke Castle Rescue with Big Brothers Big Sisters and Meals on Wheels.

Shawn

Customer service

Shawn has been with Yes We Do Coffee for more than 14 years and yet he says it never gets boring as there is always something to do. Shawn knows his coffee machines and vending equipment inside and out and excels at repairs. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, photography and playing guitar. His favourite coffee is Tim Hortons.

Anya

Jack of all trades

Anya has been with Yes We Do Coffee for more years than she can count as she has worn many different hats at the office over the years. Her favourite part of the job is socializing with the YWDC team and customers. In her spare time, Anya can be found spending time with her son, practicing photography and working out as she is interested in anything related to wellness. Her favourite coffee flavour is Jamaican Me Crazy.

Nick

Customer service

Nick has been with Yes We Do Coffee for eight years in coffee sales. His favourite part of working at YWDC is the banter between co-workers. On his off time, Nick can be found playing with his kids and he generally likes any light roast coffee.

Roger

Service

Roger has been with Yes We Do Coffee for almost three years. He enjoys the team camaraderie and doing the best at his job maintaining equipment. He enjoys four-wheeling as a hobby and his coffee of choice is Tim Hortons.

Sophia

Customer service

Sophia has been with Yes We Do Coffee for three years. She describes the YWDC working culture like a family and appreciates the strong customer relationships. “We are wholesome, honest and everyone appreciates who we are and what we do.” Her day-to-day duties include communicating with customers, detailing fleets, maintaining par levels and restocking customers’ kitchens and inventories. As a true “craftee,” Sophia enjoys art photography, sewing, and making centerpieces as hobbies. Her favourite coffee is Kicking Horse and Van Houtte’s Decaf and Timothy’s Chai Latte for a treat.

Albert

Customer service

Albert has been with Yes We Do Coffee for almost two years delivering coffee products to customers. His favourite part of working at YWDC is being on the road, meeting new people and the staff get togethers at lunchtime every Friday. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, gaming and karate and he loves his McCafé coffee.
